We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our growth in the UK and US accounting markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building strong relationships, generating leads, and maintaining professional communication with international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other methods
- Build relationships with accounting firms and businesses across the UK and US markets
- Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and foster ongoing relationships
- Develop proposals, deliver presentations, and compose introductory emails
- Regularly update the CRM with sales activities and client details
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Perform research on target companies and their key decision-makers
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of the UK and US accounting sectors
- Preferred experience in accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, taxation, or related areas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with making cold calls and conducting email outreach
- Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on meeting targets
- Basic knowledge of accounting terminology is beneficial
