As a Managed Support Navigator at Kaikaranga, you will work alongside disabled people, whānau, providers and clinical teams to ensure urgent support needs are responded to quickly, safely and with care - inside an organisation that is genuinely people-first.


What you will be doing

  • Coordinating urgent supports and responding to changing situations with calm and professionalism
  • Conducting needs assessments and planning support for people with complex or immediate needs
  • Working alongside clinical teams, specialist services and internal teams to ensure seamless support and handovers
  • Managing workflow and assessing risks in line with NASC guidelines
  • Supporting quality practice through reviews, recommendations and collaborative problem solving
  • Full time, Monday–Friday with hybrid working


What you will bring

  • Experience coordinating supports and services for people with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
  • The ability to stay organised and responsive while managing competing priorities
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and confidence applying this in practice
