Newel Health è alla ricerca di un Senior UX/UI Designer con una forte esperienza nel design di app mobile e piattaforme SaaS, capace di guidare la progettazione end-to-end dei nostri prodotti digitali.


🎯 Cosa farai

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo e business per tradurre esigenze complesse in esperienze semplici, fluide e accessibili.


Riportando direttamente al Chief Experience Officer, sarai responsabile di:

  • Progettare l’esperienza e l’interfaccia utente di app mobile e piattaforme SaaS e web
  • Collaborare con stakeholder tecnici e di prodotto per raccogliere requisiti e trasformarli in soluzioni di design efficaci
  • Costruire e mantenere design system e librerie condivise in Figma
  • Creare user flow, wireframe, mockup, e prototipi interattivi ad alta fedeltà
  • Condurre test per validazioni rapide su nuovi flussi o feature
  • Contribuire all’evoluzione della brand identity digitale, garantendo consistenza e accessibilità
  • Gestire progetti in autonomia, assicurando un alto livello di qualità e coerenza visiva
  • Revisionare il lavoro dei colleghi più junior
  • Gestire il training e il mentoring per i colleghi più junior


🧠 Cosa cerchiamo

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel design di prodotti digitali complessi (mobile + web/SaaS)
  • Padronanza di Figma, con conoscenza avanzata di componenti, variabili e auto-layout
  • Esperienza nella creazione e gestione di design system scalabili
  • Solida conoscenza di UX research, architettura dell’informazione e interaction design
  • Capacità di comunicare chiaramente scelte progettuali e di collaborare con team tecnici
  • Mentalità autonoma, orientata al risultato e al miglioramento continuo
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato


L'esperienza nel settore Pharma & Digital Health, pur non essendo obbligatoria, rappresenta un requisito preferenziale.
