As we grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex client engagements and ensure delivery that holds up under real operational pressure.

What You’ll Do

The Project Manager owns delivery. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving NetSuite and integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You work closely with customers, consultants, and technical teams to keep projects on track, remove blockers, and make sure what gets delivered actually works in the real world.

You understand NetSuite well enough to challenge assumptions, spot risks early, and translate between business, functional, and technical teams. This is not a status-report PM role — you are accountable for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite and integration projects, from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
  
• Act as the primary point of accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and delivery quality.
  
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  
• Lead customer meetings, drive decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward.
  
• Coordinate work across NetSuite consultants, integration engineers, and customer teams.
  
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into executable plans.
  
• Identify risks early and proactively manage scope, timeline, and resource tradeoffs.
  
• Ensure proper testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
  
• Hold teams accountable to commitments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  
• Ensure projects follow Hairball delivery standards and best practices.
  
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tooling.
  
  

Who You Are

• NetSuite Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including core ERP concepts such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials. You don’t need to configure daily, but you understand how the system works and where projects fail.
  
• Project Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing ERP, NetSuite, or systems integration projects in a consulting or agency environment.
  
• Client-Facing Operator: Comfortable leading executive and operational stakeholders, driving tough conversations, and keeping projects grounded in reality.
  
• Delivery-Focused: You care about outcomes, not just plans. You push projects across the finish line.
  
• Organized and Decisive: Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines without losing control.
  
• Clear Communicator: Able to translate between business needs and technical execution.
  
• Accountable: You take ownership when things go wrong and fix them.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Celigo, NSIP, NetSuite Connector, or systems integration projects.
  
• Background working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces).
  
• Experience in fast-paced consulting or implementation environments.
  
• NetSuite certifications are a plus, but real delivery experience matters more.
