As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to lead complex client engagements and deliver systems that hold up under real operational pressure.



What You’ll Do


Account Manager – NetSuite

The Account Manager owns the long-term success of Hairball’s customers after implementation. This role sits within the Continued Success team and acts as the strategic and operational bridge between the customer and Hairball’s delivery teams.

You are responsible for understanding how clients actually use NetSuite, Celigo identifying operational risks and growth opportunities, and ensuring Hairball remains a trusted partner, not just a vendor. You will manage relationships, drive expansion, and make sure what we deliver continues to work in real production environments.

This is not a passive account role. You are expected to understand NetSuite, and ecommerce Operations, speak the customer’s operational language, and proactively guide them forward.



Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage a portfolio of NetSuite-driven customer accounts post go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during ongoing support, optimization, and expansion phases.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s NetSuite configuration, integrations, and business processes.
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within customer operations.
  • Translate business needs into clear scopes for enhancements, optimizations, and new integrations.
  • Partner closely with Consultants, Project Managers, and Support teams to ensure execution aligns with customer goals.
  • Lead regular account reviews, roadmap discussions, and operational check-ins with customers.
  • Drive account growth through upsells, cross-sells, and expansion initiatives based on real operational value.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
  • Support escalation management when issues arise and ensure resolution without hand-holding.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, notes, and forecasts.

Who You Are


  • NetSuite Knowledge: 3+ years working with NetSuite, with a solid understanding of core ERP processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials.
  • Account Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses.
  • Client-Facing Professional: Comfortable leading executive-level conversations and pushing back when needed.
  • Operational Thinker: You understand how systems affect real-world operations, not just dashboards.
  • Commercially Minded: You recognize growth opportunities and know how to position value, not discounts.
  • Clear Communicator: You can translate technical and operational details into plain business language.
  • Structured and Reliable: You follow through, keep commitments, and don’t let accounts drift.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t panic when things break, you fix them.

Preferred Skills


  • Experience working in a NetSuite consulting, ERP, or systems integrator environment.
  • Familiarity with Celigo integrator.io or other iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a strong plus.
