(AIG Sonpo) 企業財物保険アンダーライター

職務目的（Job Purpose）

コーポレートセグメント（大企業・中堅企業セグメント）分野の企業財物保険の引受業務を、与えられた権限内もしくは上席者や指定されたアンダーライターへ照会しながら行い、基幹商品の推進と収益の確保を通じて、担当領域の予算達成に責任を持つ

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 企業財物保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものについて、担当分野における保険引受業務を行い、引受権限を有しない事案については、上席者や指定されたアンダーライターに照会して対応し、担当業務の予算達成および収益性確保に責任を持つ
• コーポレート財物保険課長のチーム運営を補佐するとともに、チームに所属する下位職のアンダーライターの支援・指導・育成を行う
• Uuderwriterツールを活用し、またリスクエンジニア、モデラー、アクチュアリー、他のアンダーライターと協力しながら、リスクの分析を行うとともに顧客向けの見積もりを提示する
• 企業財物保険の浸透、成長と収益性の向上に向けて担当分野における施策を立案・遂行する
• 営業部門と協力しながら必要に応じてブローカー・代理店・顧客と直接コミュニケーションを図り交渉を行う
• 大企業・中堅企業セグメント部門と協力してセグメント戦略を進める
• 企業財物保険の戦略を遂行・支援するために、営業・マーケティング・損害サービス・事務・IT・研修・営業企画部門と協働する
• 損害サービス部門・数理部門と協力して、保険事故発生傾向の分析・予測ならびに約款とその解釈についての見解提供を行う

• 業務の効率化のために事務・システム・損害部門と協力する

• リスクエンジニアリング部門の活用・連携

• 担当分野において企業財物保険ラインの情宣活動を行い（成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む）、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

　最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

　スキル/知識/能力/資格

• ビジネスレベルの英語

　業務経験

• 5年以上の損害保険業界（代理店、ブローカー、再保険会社含む）もしくは関連する業界での経験（企業営業、商品部門（火災保険）の業務経験があれば尚可）
