Laboratory Technician

The Lab Technician will perform daily gas sample analysis following standard operating procedures while maintaining a safe work environment through 6S practices. This role requires keeping accurate records of daily operations, completing ad-hoc tasks safely and on time, and working overtime when necessary to support team needs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Conduct sample analysis on diverse GC and analyzers.
• Able to carry out raw material collection and most of the lab analysis. 
• Be able to carry out the metrology tests as accordingly to GT QMS requirements with supervision.
• Active participation in safety related activities.
• Ensure the accuracy of the analysis result.
• Ensure the calibration/validation is carried out accordingly to the schedule for all the analyzer.
• Carry out 6S activities on weekly basis.
• Willing to overtime work when necessary.
• Participate to the First Aid or Emergency Response Team.

Are you a MATCH?

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience is added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and maintain precise lab records.
• Good attention to detail when following testing protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with internal teams.
