Reimagine What’s Possible 

• Follow company material management procedures to do the set-up in smart plant material system.
• Weekly meeting with contractor for material delivery to site schedule and undated material shortage list to Project in timely.
• Weekly meeting with Project and Expeditor for material status, set up Material Tracking list (ROS date, Arrived Date, MRR), advise Expeditor and Project of all items that must be expedited. (4 weeks lookahead plan).
• For Pipe/Fitting, Gaskets and Electrical Cable, Material Controller Develop the BOM/DCN with margin for purchasing subject to the project stage, Construction Material Controller submit BOM/DCN with margin for purchasing to Site Construction manager for review. After reviewed, Construction Material Controller sends BOM/DCN with margin for purchasing to Project Procurement Manager and copy to Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Engineer Manager.
• Full understanding of material delivery status and estimated/actual delivery date and quantity.
• Laydown area planning, Supervise the unloading, unpacking and storage of delivered:
• Material offloading (provide packing list to contractor), materials, operation process of Job Safety Analysis Lifting Procedure specifies, Electrical equipment requiring special or sensitive handling, All rotating equipment. Lifts involving two cranes (i.e. tandem lifts)
• Inspect material for damage before off-loading from transport or taking receipt. If damage is found, complete a report Follow up with Corporate Logistics/Shipping Department, ensure that the workforce always comply with Air Products safety standards.
• Collect the materials certificates hard-copy along with shipped with equipment/material, if no hard-copy, check VDR report from open text system for e-copy to print out.
• Set up material receiving summary report. maintain material files by purchase order.
• Material inspection with contractor and site construction engineer, Materials Quantity, Specification, Quality, Tag No., Arrange PMI Test (Monel, alloy steel), Issue NCN/OSD report to project.
• Material issue to contractor per document approved by site construction engineer.
• Per document approved by site construction engineer
• Issue Materials Per Drawing.
• Issue Materials Per Tag No.
• Issue Materials Per PID Page and CWP work area.

• Material protects.
• Ensure all Air Products supplied sensitive materials are properly stored and protected. include transmitters, instruments, gauges, O2 cleaned valves and equipment, and all other sensitive material susceptible to weather damage or contamination. Space heaters must be connected, for temporary power, to equipment motors as defined by specification 600.002.
• Verify the type of preservation that is required for each specific piece of equipment (e.g., N2 purge, vapor impregnated paper, coating or grease, connection of motor space heaters, etc.) and maintained during storage.
• Record pressure once equipment delivery to site till the equipment is installed, including Purifier、vessel、surge drum、LIN tank、Main Heat Exchanger、Cooler、Vaporizer and Rotor etc.
• Record all equipment spare parts of the storage status and duration with photo for each moving. Such as rotor、gear、bearing、motor.
• Handover spare parts and tools, materials certificates documents to Globe operator.
• For the left-over material, work with site construction Manager and project Manager, Home office manager to Coordinate the transfer of excess material between job site and suppliers Or Center warehouse and advise the field accordingly (shipping authority required).
• Field Safety APT Report, Near Miss report (BSP task).
• Material management weekly report to team member.
• Lead site warehouse team member.
