Shift:                          1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary:  As a Spot Weld Operator, you will operate and maintain a spot‑welding machine or station in a repetitive production environment. This role is responsible for independently running equipment, performing basic setups, ensuring quality, and interpreting production paperwork in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant manufacturing/welding station experience (per CBA)
• Demonstrated proficiency reading and applying production paperwork and setup instructions
• Ability to perform easy setups and routine machine adjustments
• Basic inspection and measuring skills; attention to detail and consistent quality focus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be 18+ and able to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed

Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for long periods of time, lifting to 75 lbs, bending, and twisting stand sit, use hands to manipulate equipment. 

Work Environment: 

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Warehouse/production environment with PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection).
• Occasional exposure to adhesives, solvents or sealant fumes (proper ventilation and training provided).
• Fast‑paced, team environment; focus on consistent quality and safety.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
