The Opportunity
The Planner, Reliability, is responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and logistical management of all reliability and stress-testing activities within the Reliability Laboratory. This role ensures that semiconductor components are queued, tested, and tracked in full compliance with automotive (AEC-Q100) and industrial standards. The Planner will act as the key coordinator between Product Engineering, Quality, and Lab Technicians to optimize chamber/equipment utilization and meet product qualification timelines.
What You Will Do
Responsible for providing support and assistance to immediate superior concerning reliability testing activities and programs
Responsible for providing an accurate and timely schedule for reliability testing and full electrical testing.
Evaluates reliability test requests with regards to proper scheduling of testing and resources.
Communicate to requestors on reliability related requests / issues / timelines, participate in meeting and discussion, assist in customer visit.
Complies with Reliability Laboratory safety SOPs. Supports Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
Engages in new trainings to enhance capability in and out of the job function, applies new learning to support the team.
Performs task in support to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet departmental goals.
Responsible for coordination with Test Capacity Planning for electrical test system time and allocation of Reliability Qualifications and Reliability Monitors programs.
Work closely with Reliability Supervisors (Stress and Electrical Tests) for the reliability tests and electrical tests schedules.
What You Will Need
Technical or Technology Graduate Major in Electrical or Electronics
1-2 years in same/related position, with experience in Reliability Laboratory operation and full electrical testing.
Knowledge in Reliability Stress Testing and Process
Knowledgeable in Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) and Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC) industry standards
