Job Description:
The Key LeadĀ is responsible forĀ ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providingĀ guidanceĀ and coaching to Brand Reps and StockĀ Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.āÆĀ

- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.

- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
