 Role OverviewÂ
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the development, modeling, and validation of FPGA IP and simulation models within Altera Quartus Prime ecosystem.Â
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will:Â
- Define technical directionÂ

- Actively contribute to design, modeling, and debuggingÂ
You will play a critical role in improving IP quality, simulation accuracy, and engineering productivity, while mentoring engineers and shaping best practices.Â

 Technical Leadership (Hands-On)Â
- Own technical direction for IP and simulation modelÂ
- Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and validation strategiesÂ
- Dive deep into complex issues and personally drive resolutionÂ

 IP Development & ModelingÂ
- Design and implement FPGA IP (RTL/SystemVerilog/VHDL)Â
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models:Â Â
- BehavioralÂ
- Cycle-accurateÂ
- Ensure consistency between:Â Â
- Simulation modelsÂ
- Hardware implementationÂ

Qualifications:
ď§ Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in:  Electrical Engineering / Computer EngineeringÂ
- 8–12+ years of experience in:  FPGA design, IP development, or verificationÂ
- Strong hands-on expertise in:Â Â RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL)
- Simulation & verificationÂ
- Deep experience with:Â Â Altera Quartus Prime or equivalent FPGA toolchainsÂ
- Proven ability to:  Debug complex system-level issues  and Lead technical initiativesÂ
