Nous recrutons un·e stagiaire pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois au sein de notre équipe Customer Success. Le poste est basé à Paris et peut également être exercé depuis Milan

Missions :

  • GĂ©rer le portefeuille clients de l’entreprise et en assurer le dĂ©veloppement.

  • Accompagner les clients et ĂŞtre leur point de contact principal. ĂŠtre Ă  l’écoute afin d’identifier et rĂ©pondre Ă  leurs besoins. GĂ©rer les rĂ©clamations clients.

  • Piloter la stratĂ©gie de fidĂ©lisation des clients.

  • Suivre le plan d’actions et analyser les rĂ©sultats ainsi que les indicateurs de performance.

  • Analyser l’expĂ©rience utilisateur et proposer des axes d’amĂ©lioration.

  • PrĂ©parer des reportings. Assurer un suivi rĂ©gulier et proactif des comptes dĂ©ployĂ©s afin de garantir la satisfaction client et la bonne utilisation de la solution par les utilisateurs.

  • Coordonner et fĂ©dĂ©rer les Ă©quipes de travail.

  • Apporter un support aux tâches de back-office afin de garantir la qualitĂ© des donnĂ©es clients saisies dans nos systèmes.

  • GĂ©rer le flux des demandes clients.

  • Collaborer avec :

  • Les Ă©quipes commerciales, afin d’identifier des opportunitĂ©s commerciales (upsell / cross-sell) sur les abonnements, les missions de conseil ou les offres complĂ©mentaires,

  • Le marketing, pour identifier les facteurs clĂ©s de satisfaction et crĂ©er des cas clients (customer success stories),

  • Les Ă©quipes Produit et R&D, pour remonter les retours clients et les besoins d’amĂ©lioration technique de nos solutions.

Profil recherché :

Formation supérieure (université ou école de commerce), niveau Master en finance et/ou banque.

Maîtrise professionnelle d’au moins deux des trois langues suivantes : italien, français, anglais.

Connaissance des produits de taux : prĂŞts, swaps, options, etc.

Bonne compréhension de la macroéconomie.

Maîtrise d’Excel.

Excellentes capacités d’organisation, rigueur et aptitude à gérer efficacement les priorités.

Solides compétences analytiques, rédactionnelles et de synthèse.

Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite : discours clair, structuré et argumenté, avec un sens pédagogique développé.

Intérêt et curiosité pour les outils logiciels.

Forte orientation client et excellentes qualités relationnelles. Capacité à instaurer des relations de confiance.

Esprit d’équipe, flexibilité et volonté d’aider les autres.
