Key Responsibilities
Scope Management: Lead and coordinate functional scope by collecting, clarifying, and structuring requirements from customers and internal teams.
Customer Advocacy: Represent customer perspectives in decision-making, ensuring needs are reflected in priorities and trade-offs.
Business Alignment: Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into clear solution expectations.
Delivery Oversight: Guide the squad from requirements through implementation, validation, release readiness, and post-delivery monitoring.
Dependency Coordination: Manage dependencies across features and align with product, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure timely commitments.
Risk Management: Track and resolve risks, issues, and feature impacts to maintain delivery quality.
Solution Contribution: Provide functional input, clarify product capabilities, and support feature use and configuration.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships across global locations (e.g., Bangalore, Jeddah), fostering trust and clear communication.
Continuous Improvement: Promote transparent, collaborative, and efficient ways of working across teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in product or functional leadership roles, ideally within technology-driven organizations.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions in cross-functional contexts.
Domain knowledge of the airline industry is highly valued; openness to gaining specialized knowledge is important.
Familiarity with UI frameworks (e.g., Angular or similar) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks.
Experience working with diverse and globally distributed teams.
