Commercial Operations Senior Analyst

Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Performance Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines commercial operations, data analysis, and reporting, supporting sales teams with actionable insights and ensuring smooth execution of commercial processes.

You will play a key role in analyzing sales performance and maintaining and improving reporting dashboards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data, and an interest in translating insights into business impact.

In this role, you will

Performance Management

• Support Sales Performance Ceremonies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends throughout the month
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to support sales decision-making
• Planning Support
  • Coordinate with commercial leadership to communicate and align targets across teams
  • Analyze territory and account management performance
• Drive pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
• Support reporting and analytics requests from internal stakeholders

Reporting - Tools, Systems & Process Improvement

• Support the reporting request queue
  • Maintain, enhance, and develop dashboards based on evolving business needs
• Ensure data quality and accuracy within CRM systems and reporting tools
• Monitor adoption of tools and training effectiveness within commercial teams
• Collaborate across systems to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience working in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business performance roles
• Understanding of data models, databases, or structured data environments
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)-type roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and working with data
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools (preferred)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, and contract/operations tools enabling effective management of sales, financial, and operational processes
