- Creates Quality Requirements in accordance to Maxim Products.
- Creates Quality Requirements in accordance to Maxim Products.
- Answer customer questions about Maxim and its operations, quality system, reliability data, product environmental information.
- Answer customer questions about Maxim and its operations, quality system, reliability data, product environmental information.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering in reviewing Changes affecting Control Plan and FMEA Processes to provide appropriate/necessary actions.
- Respond to “Ask a QA Engineer” and fill out Customer Surveys.
- Customer interface for quality and reliability issues. Direct collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate customer site audits if needed.
- Conduct customer specification review if needed.
- Knowledgeable with ISO9001/TS16949 standard.
- Manage / Review Customer Failure Analysis Report – route, track and close.
- Aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies. Ensures that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
- Knowledgeable with PPAP – Customer Notification / Acceptance for PPAP.
- Performs Risk Assessment and Evaluation for Maxim Products.
