販売スタッフ（フルタイム）

業務内容:
お客様体験
すべてのお客様に対して、親しみやすく丁寧な接客を提供します。お客様のニーズに寄り添いながら、自然なコミュニケーションで会話を広げ、商品選びのサポートやスタイリング提案を行います。
売り場の維持管理
商品の補充を行い、常に清潔で整った、見やすく選びやすい売場づくりをサポートします。商品整理（たたみ直し、ハンガー掛け、サイズ調整など）を通じて、ブランドイメージに沿った売場を維持します。
レジ業務
購入・返品・交換の対応を正確かつスムーズに行いながら、気持ちよくお買い物を終えていただけるよう、明るく丁寧な対応を心がけます。
オンライン注文対応
店舗とオンラインをつなぐスムーズな購買体験を提供するため、店舗発送（Ship-from-Store）の準備・梱包業務を行います。
