Au sein de la division Personal Care, le site de production et de R&D de Sophia Antipolis (06) est un acteur majeur dans la mise en application d’ingrédients à destination du marché des actifs cosmétiques.
Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Plant Manager et fonctionnellement au Superviseur Logistique, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des flux physiques de marchandises, de la réception à l’expédition, dans le respect des exigences qualité, sécurité et réglementaires du site.
 Vos principales missions
RĂ©ception, contrĂ´le et gestion des flux :
- Accueillir les transporteurs et décharger les marchandises
- Vérifier la conformité des produits reçus
- Distribuer colis et palettes aux différents services
- Enregistrer les mouvements de stock (entrées/sorties/retours) dans SAP
- Identifier et signaler toute anomalie
Stockage et gestion des stocks :
- Mettre en stock les produits dans le respect des règles qualité
- Optimiser le rangement et les emplacements
- Réaliser les transferts d’emplacement et les mises à jour informatiques
- Participer aux inventaires tournants et analyser les Ă©carts
Préparation et expédition des commandes :
- Préparer les commandes selon les bons de préparation
- Réaliser le picking manuel ou à l’aide d’engins de manutention
- Assurer l’emballage, le conditionnement et l’étiquetage
- Préparer la documentation transport et valider les expéditions
- Charger les camions en respectant les règles de sécurité
Manutention et conduite d’engins (selon habilitations) :
- Conduire chariots élévateurs et gerbeurs
- RĂ©aliser les contrĂ´les journaliers des engins
- Appliquer strictement les règles de circulation et de sécurité
Qualité, sécurité et amélioration continue :
- Appliquer les règles HSE (EPI, gestes et postures, circulation)
- Respecter les procédures qualité (ISO, BPF)
- Maintenir un poste de travail propre (5S)
- Participer à des actions d’amélioration continue (Kaizen, optimisation des flux)
- Accueillir et former les nouveaux arrivants
 Profil recherché
- BTS Logistique ou Ă©quivalent
- Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en entrepôt ou environnement industriel
- Bonne maîtrise des ERP (SAP apprécié)
- Anglais intermédiaire (B2 minimum) à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Rigueur, fiabilité et sens de l’organisation
- Polyvalence, adaptabilité et esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Certifications et contraintes :
- CACES® R.485 Cat. 1 et CACES® R.489 Cat. 3 (à jour ou formations possibles)
- Ports de charges réguliers jusqu’à 25 kg
- Station debout prolongée et manutention répétitive
- Formations IATA / ADR appréciées
