Sr. Finance Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr Finance Analyst to join our LATAM Finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the region.

This role will play a key part in delivering insights, supporting forecasting cycles, and partnering with regional stakeholders to drive informed business decisions. It also offers strong exposure across LATAM and the opportunity to enhance and streamline reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly close and regional reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results

• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Plan vs Forecast) and explain key drivers

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles for LATAM

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for regional stakeholders

• Partner with finance teams across LATAM to consolidate and analyze performance

• Generate insights to support decision-making and improve business outcomes

• Contribute to improving reporting processes and tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

• Support ad hoc financial analysis and business requests

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or controlling

• Experience with:

  • budgeting and forecasting

  • variance analysis

  • financial reporting (P&L)

• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, pivot tables)

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across regions

• Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regional or multi-country environments

• Knowledge of US GAAP

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools

• Exposure to FX concepts
