Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Help to execute material planning for the data center supply chain operations and logistics team, and ensure requirements are completed within the allocated time frameÂ
Submit email requests or tickets for the reallocation of materials such as network racks and trays, including excess/obsolete or damaged goods
Assist with managing move order requests (MOR) for materials control and allocation and collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and technical operations teamsÂ
Maintain supply outlook by reviewing inventory availability, requirements, highlighting shortages and developing resolution; minimize and mitigate excess and obsolete inventory risksÂ
Assist with analyzing data including materials requirement planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) information, and prepares reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure optimal supply chain executionÂ
Collaborate closely with procurement team to monitor inventory levels and sourcing needsÂ
Assist with driving material availability to meet customer demandÂ
Support discontinuation process including identification, monitoring and minimizing write off costsÂ
Help to facilitate weekly operations meetings and follow up on actionsÂ
Confirm MRP requirements to provide vendors with short and long term materials needs and forecastsÂ
Assist with managing and optimizing planning metrics, tools and reportsÂ
Supports cost reduction projects and improvement initiatives to achieve overall business objectives.Â
Complete special projects as assignedÂ
Provide testing support for new system toolsÂ

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ

Physical Demand & Work Environment:
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
