A Bacardi busca um(a) Consultor(a) On-Trade Horeca para atuação no Rio de Janeiro, responsável pela gestão de uma carteira estratégica de clientes Ouro, com foco no desenvolvimento de contas Premium e influenciadores, impulsionando performance, presença de marca e crescimento sustentável do negócio.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Gerenciar, desenvolver e reter uma carteira de clientes Ouro, com foco em contas Premium e influenciadores
- Conduzir novos negócios e expandir oportunidades dentro da carteira
- Construir e manter relacionamento estratégico com decisores e influenciadores-chave
- Desenvolver planos de crescimento por cliente com visão estratégica
- Impulsionar sell-out, distribuição, visibilidade e participação de cardápio
- Garantir execução de excelência das marcas no PDV
- Gerir o orçamento da carteira, assegurando alocação eficiente de recursos
- Negociar, implementar e acompanhar acordos comerciais estratégicos
- Implementar ações de visibilidade, ativações e presença de marca
- Monitorar indicadores e agir de forma proativa para correção de desvios
- Cumprir integralmente processos comerciais, financeiros e burocráticos
- Garantir disciplina em rotinas de reports internos e cumprimento de prazos
- Atuar de forma integrada com Consumer Marketing, Customer Marketing, Indireto, Finanças e BES

- Sell-out
- Distribuição e introdução de SKU’s
- Participação de cardápio (menu share)
- Visibilidade de marca
- Execução no PDV
- Qualidade do relacionamento estratégico
- Performance da carteira (crescimento e retenção)
Requisitos Obrigatórios
- Experiência anterior comprovada no canal On-Trade/Horeca
- Forte conhecimento do mercado do Rio de Janeiro
- Referências relevantes no mercado
- Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experiência com rotinas de report e ferramentas internas
- Capacidade de planejamento estratégico e cumprimento rigoroso de prazos
- Excelente relacionamento interpessoal (interno e externo)
- Perfil com autonomia, independência e senso de dono
- Forte capacidade de negociação e gestão de clientes estratégicos
