Associate Data Analyst

We’re looking for an Associate Data Analyst who is eager to build a career in analytics, reporting, and automation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting teams through accurate and meaningful reporting.

You’ll work closely with senior analysts and operations teams to help maintain dashboards, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions across the organization. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, reporting automation, and analytics tools.

Data Reporting & Analysis
•    Assist in preparing and maintaining reports using Google Sheets, DOMO, BigQuery, and other analytics tools. 
•    Support data validation, cleanup, and basic analysis for operational and departmental reporting. 
•    Help identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities through data review. 

Dashboard Support
•    Assist in updating and maintaining dashboards in DOMO and other reporting platforms. 
•    Support the team in ensuring dashboard accuracy and reliability. 
•    Learn best practices in data visualization and reporting design. 

Data Automation & Process Improvement
•    Support simple automation tasks using Google Sheets formulas, Google Apps Script, or SQL. 
•    Help improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes. 
•    Assist in maintaining data workflows and integrations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Coordinate with team members and departments to gather reporting requirements. 
•    Participate in meetings and provide reporting support when needed. 
•    Learn how analytics supports operational and business decisions. 

Business Intelligence Support
•    Assist with tracking department KPIs and operational metrics. 
•    Support ongoing reporting and performance monitoring initiatives. 
•    Help prepare summaries and visual reports for leadership review. 

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)

Technical Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,

Statistics, or related fields preferred. 
•    Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, charts). 
•    Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script is a plus but not required. 
•    Exposure to DOMO, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage but not           

required. 
•    Strong willingness to learn analytics tools, automation, and reporting processes.
