About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Personal Injury Outreach Representative to support our firm’s growth by building strong relationships with referral partners and increasing awareness of our legal services. This role is field-based and focuses on developing partnerships with clinics, body shops, and other community stakeholders to generate qualified case referrals.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly professional, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while representing the firm in the community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Business Development
- Visit clinics, body shops, and other partner locations to promote the firm’s personal injury services.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase referral volume.
- Actively represent the firm in the community to expand brand awareness.
2. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and referral partners.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address partner concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Provide regular updates and maintain consistent communication with partners.
3. Field Engagement
- Conduct regular field visits within assigned territory.
- Attend networking events, industry gatherings, and community engagements as required.
- Ensure professional representation of the firm at all times.
4. Reporting & Market Insights
- Track outreach activities, referral performance, and partner engagement.
- Prepare reports on field activity, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Share feedback from the field to help improve outreach strategies and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or field outreach (legal or personal injury experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a fluent Spanish speaker (required).
- Strong ability to build trust and professional relationships.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and meeting clients in person regularly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury law firm marketing or referral networking.
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or clinic relations.
- Knowledge of local community networks and provider ecosystems.
