Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished goods for defects, damage, and adherence to aesthetic requirements.

• Perform dimensional inspections using various measuring tools and gauges (e.g., calipers, micrometers, rulers) to verify product specifications.

• Verify correct labeling, packaging, and product identification for finished medical devices.

• Document inspection results accurately and completely, including identification of non-conforming products.

• Initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs) for any deviations found during inspection.

• Communicate inspection findings to production personnel and quality assurance team members.

• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• Assist with other quality control duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment (medical device manufacturing preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and product specifications.

• Proficiency in using various inspection tools and measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
