We are looking for Consultants (with 2-5 years of relevant experience) to join our team based in Indonesia. While our core platform is NetSuite, we welcome candidates with strong ERP backgrounds who are eager to deepen their expertise in NetSuite and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional consulting environment.

You can expect to bring consulting experience to:

• Solve Business Problems: Conduct discovery, analysis, and requirements gathering to identify areas of improvement. Design ERP-driven solutions that span across business functions--without being siloed into specific modules. Apply your ERP knowledge to NetSuite and contribute to solution architecture, configuration, and delivery.

• Contribute to Client's Business Transformation: Collaborate with clients and project/technical teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. This includes documenting functional requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and preparing materials for training and enablement workshops. You’ll also manage project risks, priorities, and activities across the full ERP lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-go-live support.

• Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Design and facilitate workshops, deliver training, and craft change management plans that support user adoption and long-term client success.

• Contribute to Building LC: Champion initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, identifying opportunities for innovation, mentor junior team members, and be an advocate for business excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for people who: 

• Are committed to our clients- client-centricity is how we deliver work that makes a difference. We’re looking for team members who can maintain our client focus and deliver a brilliant experience across all phases of the ERP journey.
• Are comfortable operating as a technology consultant- You may have specialist experience in one or more ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), but we're looking for consultants who can flex their skills across pre-sales, implementation, change management, and post-go-live support. 
• Have strong consulting fundamentals- You should know how to run engaging, outcome-focused meetings; give and receive feedback; use data to inform decisions; build compelling presentations; communicate effectively with stakeholders; and manage one or multiple consulting engagements. 
• Are ambitious and excited about joining a different kind of consulting business- As a fast-growing business, we're looking for people who are excited by the prospect of trying new things, eager to experiment, and ready to grow with us.
