Quincy, Illinois | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Clarity Healthcare is expanding our School-Based Services team and is seeking an experienced, fully licensed clinical leader to serve as a School-Based Provider Supervisor. The School-Based Provider Supervisor provides clinical leadership and supervision to a team of School-Based Clinical Providers across Clarity Healthcare's Illinois School-Based Services Department while maintaining a small client caseload.

This role combines the rewarding aspects of direct clinical work with the opportunity to coach, mentor, and develop clinicians who are making a difference every day in schools and communities throughout Illinois. As a key member of the leadership team, the Supervisor will help support the continued growth, quality, and success of the Illinois School-Based Services program.

Required Licensure (Illinois)

Applicants must possess an ACTIVE, unrestricted Illinois clinical license at the time of hire.

Required Licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Clinical Psychologist (Illinois licensed)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Maintain a reduced clinical caseload serving children, adolescents, and families.
  • Provide individual, family, group, and community-based therapeutic services using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct assessments and participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary staffings.
  • Deliver services in school, home, and community settings as needed.

Leadership & Clinical Supervision

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to School-Based Providers.
  • Coach clinicians on documentation quality, treatment planning, productivity expectations, and professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
  • Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff.
  • Assist clinicians in developing effective time-management and caseload management practices.

Program & Operational Leadership

  • Support the growth and expansion of School-Based Services throughout Illinois.
  • Ensure compliance with agency, state, contractual, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor documentation quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond appropriately to critical incidents and communicate concerns to leadership.
  • Review travel reimbursement requests and ensure appropriate utilization of resources.
  • Serve as a behavioral health leader and resource within partnering schools and communities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.

Licensure

Required: Active Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience.
  • Experience providing school-based, community-based, or child and adolescent behavioral health services.
  • Knowledge of Illinois behavioral health regulations and documentation standards.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of criminal background, abuse/neglect, fingerprint, and driving record screenings.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with schools, families, community partners, and clinical staff.
