Role Purpose
We are seeking an HR Strategy & Reporting Analyst to support the International Head of HR (EMEA & APAC) and wider HR team with reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, and follow-up on key HR priorities.
This role will help provide structure and visibility across regional HR activity by producing reports and dashboards, preparing materials for meetings, tracking actions and deliverables, and supporting a range of operational HR coordination activities across EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations for the International Head of HR and wider HR team.
- Support the coordination and tracking of key HR priorities, projects, and action plans across the region.
- Organise HR meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Assist with preparing presentations, updates, and other materials for leadership meetings and HR communications.
- Follow up with stakeholders on agreed actions, updates, and deliverables.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for HR activity outside specialist areas such as Payroll, HR Business Partnering, and Recruitment.
- Support regional initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and general coordination.
Requirements
- Around 3 years’ experience in HR reporting, operations, project coordination, or business support roles.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations, ideally within an HR or people-related environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
