岗位描述：

协助机械工程师对全厂机械设备/管道等维修,确保工厂安全稳定地运行。         

1. 负责公司动、静设备的日常巡检、故障诊断与维修作业；

2. 执行设备定期保养、润滑管理、密封调整等维护工作，降低设备故障率；

3. 参与装置停车检修、大修、抢修工作，完成设备解体、修复、回装、找正、试压及单机试车；

4. 严格遵守化工安全管理规定，按要求办理作业票，落实能量隔离、置换通风等安全措施；

5. 填写检修记录、设备台账，做好备件申报、验收与使用管理，保障维修物资充足；

6. 及时处理生产现场突发设备故障，保障装置连续、稳定、安全运行；

7.做好外来维修单位来工厂检修时的作业班长,并教育和督促监护他们安全健康地执行检修任务；确保自己和其他员工(包括承包商)能够严格按照卡博特的安全要求进行工作(如JSA和工作许可证,卡博特安全程序等)。

岗位要求：

1. 中专或专科技术学校毕业，钳工或设备维修相关专业。

2.  五年或以上化工设备维护的经验，有包装机、码垛机流水线维修经验的优先。
