Job Description
In Ihrer Rolle als Anlagenfahrer / Shiftoperator (M/W/D) am Standort Frankfurt haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:
Bedienung der automatischen EndproduktabfĂŒllanlage
RohstoffĂŒbernahme (TMCS, SOL, IPA)
Reinigungsarbeiten in der Anlage
LKW-Beladung und LagertÀtigkeiten
Etikettierung der Gebinde und Eingabe im EDV System
QualitĂ€tskontrolle, Prozessproben fĂŒr QC-Analysen
Ăberwachung der Rohstoffentleerung von SilozĂŒgen
Bedienen der Anlage im Feld (KontrollgÀnge)
Bedienung des ProzeĂleitsystems (Dokumentation von BetriebszustĂ€nden)
Ausbildung/Erfahrung/Anforderungen:
abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemikanten, Berufserfahrung wĂŒnschenswert oder Chemiebetriebsjungwerker mit Erfahrung im Produktionsbetrieb
StaplerfĂŒhrerschein
Erfahrung/Kenntnisse im Bedienen eines Prozessleitsystems
Erfahrung in der Anlagenbedienung (batch/bzw. vollkontinuierliche Produktionsprozesse)
Erfahrung im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Eigenmotivation
hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
Kenntnisse der einschlÀgigen betrieblichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien zur Sicherheit
Belastbarkeit und FlexibilitÀt
