By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support CAE’s Inclusion and Equal Opportunities strategy, with a strong focus on Indigenous Relations. You will contribute to impactful initiatives in community engagement, awareness, reporting, and project coordination.

 

Are you ready to:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and communication of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities and events
  • Contribute to the preparation of key reports such as Employment Equity, Gender Pay Gap, PAIR submission, and other inclusion-related surveys and reports
  • Assist in tracking Indigenous Relations initiatives and preparing updates for internal committees
  • Support internal awareness initiatives related to Indigenous history, cultures, and reconciliation
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for inclusion events, cultural observances, and internal campaigns



Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • A strong interest in inclusive workplace practices, equal opportunities, and Indigenous engagement

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a college or university degree in Human Resources, Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.

 

Location of the internship is St-Laurent, Quebec.

 

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

 

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

 

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
