Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
· Process, track, and submit invoices in accordance with university policies and procedures.
· Assist with admissions tasks such as application management, document collection, and data entry.
· Support the Athletics Admissions Coordinator in communicating with prospective and current student-athletes, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information sharing.
· Help coordinate admissions materials, outreach, and reports related to student-athlete recruitment and enrollment.
· Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, coaches, and external partners.
· Assist with special projects and admissions events as needed.
· Participate in recruitment travel for signing days, admissions events, and outreach initiatives.
· Meet with families during campus visits, assist with tours, and represent Athletics Admissions at events to create a welcoming and informative experience.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn university systems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Prior office or administrative experience preferred; experience in higher education or athletics support is a plus.
