Hourly Rate: $20.00

This is a Part-Time position (typically Monday-Friday with some weekends and evenings depending on the needs of events / outreach)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining community relationships to increase awareness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and generate new client referrals. This role serves as the local outreach representative of the company, building partnerships with referral sources, engaging with families, and promoting the organization’s mission and services within the community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase client referrals and brand awareness

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including but not limited to:

    • Pediatricians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers

    • Schools, special education staff, and school districts

    • Regional centers, case managers, and social workers

    • Community organizations and parent support groups

  • Conduct in-person outreach efforts, including, but not limited to:

    • Attending community events, resource fairs, and networking meetings

    • Scheduling and leading presentations about ABA services

    • Visiting clinics, schools, and partner organizations

  • Track and manage referral pipelines, including, including but not limited to:

    • Following up with potential clients and referral partners

    • Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes

    • Collaborating with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective families by:

    • Providing education on ABA services and the intake process

    • Answering initial questions and guiding families through next steps

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to:

    • Identify target markets and growth opportunities

    • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives

    • Provide feedback on community needs and trends

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Travel regularly throughout the service area for meetings, events and other business activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field, preferred

  • Experience in healthcare outreach, ABA services, or related field, preferred

  • Knowledge of ABA and autism services, preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Primarily field-based with regular travel throughout the service area

  • In-office and remote administrative work

  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel frequently within the service area, including driving to meetings, events, and partner locations

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time while attending events, presentations, and meetings

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, event supplies, signage)

  • Ability to set up and break down outreach booths or event displays as needed

  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, phone, and tablet

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication

  • Ability to navigate various environments, including clinics, schools, offices, and community settings
