About the role

• 支撑开利全球电动冷机产品战略，主导下一代Global Engineless Platform（3~9kW）的系统架构设计与技术开发。依托上海浦东作为开利全球电动冷机研发设计中心，本岗位将负责平台级制冷系统的前端设计与技术决策，推动多型号产品在全球市场的快速衍生与落地。该岗位将承担从概念定义、系统架构设计到样机验证的核心研发职责，确保平台在能效、可靠性及技术竞争力方面持续领先，并通过标准化与模块化设计提升全球产品开发效率。同时，作为系统技术的重要承担者，该岗位将连接全球研发团队与关键供应商，推动电动化、低碳化技术在冷链运输领域的应用与落地。

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr. System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• 负责制冷系统总体方案设计与架构定义，包括系统拓扑及关键性能指标设定
• 负责核心部件选型与系统匹配，如压缩机、换热器、EXV及管路设计
• 主导BEV冷机/电动冷藏机组系统设计及能效优化
• 开展系统建模及仿真分析，支持设计决策与优化
• 负责样机开发阶段调试及系统性能验证
• 制定并执行系统级测试方案（性能、耐久、环境工况等）
• 主导关键技术问题攻关及设计优化
• 输出研发阶段技术文档（方案、计算书、验证报告等）
• 跨部门协作（结构、电气、控制、测试等）推动产品开发

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 硕士及以上学历，制冷与低温工程/热能与动力工程相关专业
• 5年以上制冷系统研发经验
• 熟悉蒸汽压缩制冷循环及系统匹配
• 具备系统设计与架构定义能力具备BEV冷机/汽车空调/热管理系统开发经验优先·     
• 熟悉压缩机、换热器、膨胀阀等关键部件应用
• 良好的问题分析能力及跨团队沟通能力
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，可与国外团队进行英语技术交流
