  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes with precision and consistency.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Experience scheduling complex, multi-step interview processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience supporting hiring for diverse functions, including corporate, professional, or technical roles.
