Key Responsibilities
Lease Contract & Asset Management
- Administer lease programs, including contract setup, renewals, and end-of-term activities
- Manage asset tracking and lifecycle data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain contract and asset records in systems such as Lease Accelerator and Sirion
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Invoice Processing & Financial Coordination
- Process and validate high volumes of invoices, ensuring:
- Accuracy of charges
- Correct cost center allocation
- Timely approvals and payments
- Support lease-related cost tracking, accruals, and financial reporting
Procurement Operations Support
- Create and manage purchase orders and service requisitions
- Support procurement processes aligned with company policies and governance standards
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain reports for:
- Asset and lease portfolios
- Financial and operational performance metrics
- Cost saving / Wave and compliance reporting
- Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., SAP, Alteryx, reporting tools)
- Support enhancements to reporting tools and data visibility
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Finance, Business Units, Category Managers, and suppliers to resolve issues
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Provide guidance on systems, tools, and standard processes
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
- Support automation and digital enablement initiatives
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across processes
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in procurement, contract administration, finance, or operations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and analytical capability
Preferred
- Experience with lease and asset management programs
- Familiarity with procurement and contract systems (SAP, Lease Accelerator, CLM/ Sirion)
- Experience with data analysis and automation tools (Excel, Alteryx)
