Responsable de la gestión del desarrollo del cliente y de las marcas de C&D. Ejecutando el plan de negocios, asegurando la rentabilidad y el crecimiento de nuestras marcas en el cliente. Ser el enlace entre las necesidades de sus clientes y la Compañía en la gestión comercial y en la búsqueda constante de oportunidades de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
Cumplir los objetivos establecidos en su plan anual como ejecución de planes de trade marketing, gestión de inventarios, altas de nuevos productos, análisis de P&L, diseño y presentación de JBPs y liderear colaboración con interequipos.
Gestión de la información. Se ocupa de realizar una evaluación y un análisis previo de toda la información que consigue tanto de la competencia como la del cliente que quiere captar. Todo ello le debe permitir comprender bien la capacidad de la organización y la solvencia de los consultores.
Gestión de las relaciones. Identifica a aquellas personas que van a tomar decisiones en las cuentas y que pueden influir en éstas.
Gestión del negocio. Debe de intentar diferenciarse de la competencia, confecciona ofertas y desarrolla precios en colaboración con los departamentos de negocio. Además, debe entender a los clientes, y resultar para ellos un apoyo fundamental.
Gestión del proyecto y el equipo. Se encarga de la resolución de incidentes del cliente, por lo que tiene que saber dirigir la situación para que no se produzcan rupturas en las relaciones del cliente y la empresa. Debe de conseguir convencer al cliente y llegar a un acuerdo positivo para ambos.
Mantener la visión del negocio. Es esencial, mantener una visión de negocio y velar por el correcto funcionamiento de la misma.
