Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a highly proactive, hands-on role responsible for executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across campaigns, communications, and creative production. This individual works closely with the Marketing Director to bring campaigns to life, ensuring all marketing efforts are delivered on time, on brand, and with a high level of quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects from start to finish, and enjoys both creative production and operational execution. Success in this role looks like marketing initiatives being executed on time without constant follow-up, creative assets produced quickly and accurately, and campaigns running smoothly with minimal last-minute scrambling. This position takes strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and marketing organization.
Daily Responsibilities and Tasks
Marketing Execution & Support
- Execute day-to-day marketing tasks across campaigns and promotions
- Manage marketing timelines, deliverables, and project coordination
- Ensure all initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support rollout of seasonal campaigns and in-store promotions
Creative Production
- Design marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Create and adapt assets for print, digital, and in-store use (signage, email graphics, promotional materials)
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
- Support light photography and videography (in-store content, product visuals, events)
Communications Support
- Assist with email and loyalty marketing (build, schedule, and deploy campaigns)
- Write and edit marketing copy for emails, promotions, and internal communications
- Coordinate with external vendors and designers as needed
Organization & Operations
- Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries
- Track campaign deliverables and deadlines
- Organize marketing files and workflows
- Assist with reporting on basic campaign performance metrics
Job Qualifications
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Required Education, Certification, or Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or related field
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Physical Requirements and Schedule
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
- Occasional lifting of marketing materials (up to ~25 lbs)
- Ability to move between office and in-store locations as needed
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events, campaigns, or content capture
- Standard full-time, in-person schedule, with flexibility based on marketing needs
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $20–$24, based on experience
- Virtual urgent care and mental health support for only $5/month
- Supplemental insurance benefits available (dental, vision, voluntary life and AD&D)
- One $50,000 Basic Life & AD&D insurance policy for the employee at no cost to the employee
- 80 hours of paid time off annually
- 8 additional hours of paid time off for every year worked (added to the Anniversary Bank on the anniversary of your hire date.)
