Associate Trademark Search Analyst (Fixed term, French speaking)

We are looking for an Associate Search Analyst to join our Search Analysis team in Belgrade. This is an exciting opportunity to explore trademark search analysis and grow within the intellectual property industry, while working alongside a supportive global team of 19 colleagues and reporting to the Manager of Search Analysis.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Proficient in English

• Proficient in French

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.)

It would be great if you also have . . .   

• Experience working in IP field, preferably with Trademarks

• Experience in a customer-facing position

• Good analytical and research skills

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Provide customer service support to Watch customers 

• Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients 

• Assure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios 

• Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information 

• Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs. 

About the Team

Search Analysis team is responsible for conducting trademark research and analysis on the Internet, specialized databases, and other sources as necessary to produce quality research reports for CompuMark clients. We are responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark availability. Therefore, we provide customer service support by proactively contacting clients to discuss search strategies and selection preferences.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
