· Realizar rutinas de toma de lecturas de medidores insumos y equipos
· Apoyar en reparación de equipos e instalaciones
· Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y apoyar en correctivos
· Realizar trabajos de soldadura
· Apoyar en trabajos de pintura, fontanería, pailería, mecánica, neumática. Hidráulica
· Estar alerta y comunicar de los servicios que se requieren a inmueble y equipos.
· Presentar alternativas en la solución de problemas de equipo e instalaciones
· Ejecutar mantenimientos eléctricos independiente.
· Ejecutar mantenimiento mecánico independiente.
· Ejecutar mantenimientos de fontanería.
· Ejecutar mantenimientos de pirometría.
· Asegurar que se cumplan las normas de calidad, seguridad y productividad en forma disciplinada que motive al personal a mantener un nivel de trabajo optimo y de mejora continua.
· Asegurar que en todas las intervenciones de los equipos utilicen el procedimiento de lock out tag out como media de seguridad y le de confianza al personal para realizar su trabajo
· Dar servicio a instalaciones de inmueble, equipos y demás plantas de la organización.
Hacer entrega de trabajo realizado y mantener comunicación con jefe inmediato de los problemas.
