The Programmable Platform Specialist supports the development and adoption of the iPro programmable platform. The role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, helping customers and partners successfully implement programmable solutions across applications in Food Service, Food Retail, and HVAC.

Working closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams, the specialist delivers technical training, develops enablement materials, and contributes to the growth of the system integrator ecosystem. The role also supports product launches and gathers feedback from customers to help shape future product development.

This position is based in Belluno, and you will be able to work in a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver technical training to customers’ software development teams and system integrators through webinars and in-person sessions

  • Support product launches by preparing and delivering presentations, webinars, and video content

  • Develop technical resources such as templates, programming examples, function blocks, and application references

  • Define and document best practices and recommended architectures for programming within the iPro platform

  • Collaborate with Product Management to collect and consolidate product requirements and customer feedback

  • Provide guidance to customers on web development related to the programmable platform

  • Support customers in the use of associated tools, including HMI programming

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Technical or Electronics degree (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training or knowledge transfer

  • Knowledge of PLC products and industrial control systems

  • Experience with PLC programming, particularly Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC)

  • Fluency in Italian

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MCU development

  • Software development knowledge including C/C++, HTML, and JavaScript

  • Experience in Refrigeration or HVAC applications
