Responsabilidades:
Apoyar en la integración y control de expedientes digitales de importación y exportación.
Apoyar en la revisión documental de pedimentos, facturas comerciales, packing list y anexos.
Mantener actualizado el archivo digital de operaciones de comercio exterior conforme a los requerimientos regulatorios.
Apoyar en el seguimiento de operaciones con agencias aduanales y proveedores logísticos.
Participar en la integración de evidências para auditorías internas, OEA y CTPAT.
Apoyar en el control y etiquetado de activos fijos importados temporalmente.
Colaborar en la revisión de información para clasificación arancelaria y regulaciones no arancelarias.
Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de indicadores del área.
Dar soporte en la organización de documentación requerida por auditorías y revisiones regulatorias.
Apoyar en otras actividades administrativas relacionadas con el área de Import/Export.
Requisitos
Seguro Facultativo Vigente
Estudiante activo de Lic. En Comercio Internacional, Logística, Negocios Internacionales o Carrera afín.
