Job Description:
Buscamos un AYUDANTE APRENDIZ para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de aprender y desarrollarse en diversas tareas operativas y de mantenimiento dentro de nuestra empresa. El candidato ideal será proactivo, con ganas de aprender y colaborar.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Asistir en tareas generales de mantenimiento y limpieza de equipos e instalaciones.
* Colaborar en la preparación de materiales y herramientas para las operaciones diarias.
* Apoyar a técnicos y operadores en la ejecución de sus funciones.
* Observar y aprender los procesos productivos y de seguridad de la empresa.
* Realizar tareas asignadas por supervisores de forma eficiente y segura.
* Participar en programas de capacitación y desarrollo internos.
* Reportar cualquier anomalía o problema a su supervisor inmediato.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria completa (preparatoria o bachillerato).
* No se requiere experiencia laboral previa, aunque se valorará.
* Disposición para aprender y seguir instrucciones.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
* Responsabilidad y compromiso con las tareas asignadas.
