The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital teams to implement and execute campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

We’re hiring – Junior Digital Executive (Lisbon)

Job Description
 

• Definition of the Digital Marketing strategy: identification of objectives, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, investment split, definition of KPIs, definition of value propositions, creative contexts and conception of the strategic approach.

• Setup, implementation and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok and other existing biddable platforms.

• Monitoring/optimization of digital marketing campaigns taking into account the defined KPIs.

• Reporting of the results generated by Digital Marketing actions with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.

• Client Management: managing relationships with different teams and clients (national and international).
  
   

Qualifications

• Up to 1-2 years of experience in Marketing (Digital Marketing is a plus, but not required) ;

• Familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads and Google Ads);

• Ability to organize and meet deadlines, proactivity and team spirit.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Bachelor's Degree in Management and/or Marketing degree (preferred).
