本ポジションは、UGGおよびTevaブランドにおける顧客向けメールコミュニケーションの企画および実行をリードします。
識別可能な顧客セグメントに対し、効果的なメール施策を設計・運用し、継続的な改善を通じて、顧客ロイヤルティおよびLTV（顧客生涯価値）の最大化、離脱・配信停止率の低減を担います。
【職務内容】
主な職務内容
1. コミュニケーション設計・セグメンテーション（15%）
UGGおよびTevaの重点商品、マーケティング施策、プロモーション、デジタルおよびリテール施策と連動したメールキャンペーンの企画・設計
リテンションマーケティング担当およびeCommerce／リテール／ブランドマーケティングチームと連携した施策推進
各部門からの依頼を取りまとめ、ビジネスインパクトおよび顧客体験を考慮したメール配信カレンダーの策定・管理
顧客データおよび過去の施策結果を活用したセグメンテーション戦略の設計・改善
エンゲージメント最大化に向けたターゲティング高度化
2. キャンペーン実行・最適化（60%）
ESP（Cordial）上でのメールキャンペーン作成・配信管理、および関係者との承認連携
PC・モバイルを含む各デバイス・環境における表示検証および品質担保
業界・他地域のベストプラクティスおよび最新機能を活用したパーソナライズドメールの設計・展開
必要なデータ項目・条件を定義し、各キャンペーンに最適なオーディエンスセグメントを構築
CRMテックコンサルタントおよびリテンションマーケティング担当と連携し、データ取得・整備を推進
件名・コンテンツ・セグメント・配信タイミング等に関するA/Bテストの設計・実施
テスト結果の分析および改善施策への反映
3. パフォーマンス分析・プロセス改善（25%）
KPIモニタリング、レポーティング、簡易的な予測を含むキャンペーンパフォーマンス管理
データ分析を通じたトレンド・インサイト抽出および改善提案
チーム全体へのナレッジ共有および施策高度化の推進
キャンペーン運用プロセス、データ連携、テンプレートの改善機会の特定および提案
CRMテックコンサルタントおよび外部ベンダーと協働した改善実行および課題解決
メールマーケティングのトレンドおよびベストプラクティスの継続的なキャッチアップ
【応募資格】
学歴
関連分野の学士号取得が望ましい
職務経験
メールマーケティング経験2年以上
セグメンテーション、パーソナライゼーション、A/Bテストの設計・運用経験があれば尚可
ESPの利用経験（特にCordial歓迎）
フットウェア／アウトドア／ファッション業界経験があれば尚可
スキル・コンピテンシー
メールマーケティングに関する技術およびデザインの理解
データ分析力およびインサイト抽出力
MS Word／Excel／PowerPointの上級スキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）
関係者を巻き込み、合意形成を図る力
