Responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing a variety of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment. As well as some electrical equipment/alarm systems.
Essential Functions:
Maintain, repair and install a variety of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment/including, but not limited to: centrifugal chillers, reciprocating chillers, cooling towers, large air handlers, split system cooling/heat pump systems, window air conditioners, ice makers, walk-in coolers and freezers, pumps, large gas/oil steam and hot water boilers and other associated equipment.
Keep detailed records of materials and labor time. Input data into work order system.
Interpret mechanical plans and specifications, and be able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision in a client-oriented service environment.
Responsible for maintaining pneumatic, electric and electronic control systems; operate and maintain the building automation system.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of work experience
This position requires a valid driver's license for the operation of a company-owned, rented or leased vehicle.
