Job Description:

1. 주요 업무 (Responsibilities) : 브랜드 디지털 채널 운영 및 마케팅 활동 지원 

• 디지털 전략 및 캠페인 로드맵 수립, 예산·일정·리소스 관리 

• 대내외 이해관계자 커뮤니케이션(클라이언트/파트너) 및 이슈·리스크 관리 

• 주니어 멘토링 및 작업 프로세스 고도화 

• 뉴스룸·링크드인·유튜브·인스타그램 등 멀티 채널 기획 및 운영 총괄 

• 전 채널 콘텐츠 캘린더 수립, 콘텐츠 기획·제작(카피/비주얼/영상) 및 퍼블리싱 품질관리 

• 채널 운영 리포트 및 연간 플래닝, KPI 관리 

• SEO 전략 수립 및 적용/모니터링 

• 유료 매체(필요 시) 운영 협업: 타깃·소재·랜딩 최적화 

2. 자격 요건 (Qualifications) 

A. 필수 (Must-have) 

• 관련 경력 7년 이상(차장급), 디지털 채널 운영/콘텐츠/캠페인 리드 경험 

• 콘텐츠 전략 및 에디토리얼 아젠다 개발  

• 한국어 네이티브, 영어는 상급 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 역량(메일·덱 작성·회의) 및 영문 카피/문서 에디팅 가능 

• 채널 운영 지표 설계·리포팅 경험(GA4, Search Console, 유튜브, 링크드인, 인스타그램 애널리틱스) 

• SEO 실무(키워드 리서치–온페이지 최적화–성과 측정) 경험 

• 프로젝트 관리 역량(멀티 트랙 일정·예산·벤더·QA) 및 대내외 커뮤니케이션 능력 

• 제안서 작성 경험  

B. 우대 (Nice-to-have) 

• 한국어·영어 모두 네이티브(또는 그에 준하는 수준) 우대 

• 유료 매체(구글/메타/링크드인) 협업 운영 경험, 데이터 스토리텔링(리포트·대시보드) 

• 영상/디자인 협업 역량(제작 브리프·러닝시트·스토리보드 리뷰) 

• CMS 기반 콘텐츠 퍼블리싱 프로세스 이해  

• 영어 카피 에디팅 또는 글로벌 캠페인 협업 경험
