What We Are Looking For:

We are expanding our team and hiring across all skill levels (A, B, and C Tiers). Whether you’re a seasoned Master Tech or a motivated B/C level tech looking to step up, we have a bay for you.

• A-Level / Master Techs: Advanced diagnostic skills, heavy repair capabilities, and a track record of efficiency. (Subaru experience is a huge plus, but we welcome master-level talent from all brands).
• B-Level Techs: Strong mechanical skills, proficient in brakes, suspension, alignments, and general diagnostics.
• C-Level Techs: Confident with fluid flushes, basic electrical, light repairs, and routine maintenance, with a desire to learn.
• The Right Attitude: Dependable, motivated, and a team player who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
