Job Purpose

  • Sales and marketing activities for our dust collectors and system components, as well as expansion of aftermarket parts sales.

  • Achievement of sales and profit targets in line with the Donaldson Global Business Division guidelines.

  • Acquisition of market intelligence to drive growth, development of new customers, and the establishment of long-term relationships with existing customers.

Role and Responsibilities.

  • Market survey (market size review, new opportunity hunting etc.), data analysis and marketing strategy.

  • Overall IAF Sales and margin management

    a.      Develop new customers (direct/indirect, commercial network and OEM).

    b.      Develop new opportunities

    c.      AFM sales development including WillFit business

  • Selection and promotion of suitable product from Donaldson product line to match with customer requirement including engineering specification and cost together with IAF engineers.

  • Promote IP protected product such DFE, DWST and PowerCore

  • Administrative tasks related to documentation

    a.      Quotation

    b.      Internal sales record document

    c.      Customer specification report

    d.      Contract preview

  • Regular internal communication and reports such as sales opportunity

  • Problem solving on customer’s complains and troubles shooting for all IAF issues

  • Support and advise IAF Account Management as senior staff

  • Fulfil any tasks or jobs assigned by the supervisor/manager and the Company.

  • IAFエンジニアと連携し、顧客の要求(技術仕様・コスト含む)に適合するドナルドソン製品の選定および提案
  • DFE, DWSTやPowerCoreなどの知的財産保護製品の推進
  • 書類関連業務:

    a.      見積書作成

    b.      社内販売記録

    c.      顧客仕様レポート

    d.      契約書の事前精査

  • 社内販売記録

Education Qualification:
