Part-Time Receptionist – Automotive Dealership
Are you a friendly, professional, and organized individual who enjoys working with people? Our family-owned automotive dealership is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Schedule Requirements:
- Evening hours during the week
- All day Saturday (required)
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional first impressions
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers, vendors, and dealership staff
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain accurate records and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Support daily dealership operations while managing multiple responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
