Encargado de generar las facturas en el ERP y de registrar la información en conforme las órdenes de compra en EDICOM-ORACLEResponsibilities
- Registro y procesamiento solicitud de pago a proveedores de gastos generales y proyectos de capital en ERP
- Revisión de facturas Portal de Proveedores-Odoo
- Garantizar soporte completo de los pagos programados Sharepoint
- Dar soporte administrativo a las tareas del departamento de Contraloria
- Seguimiento a las comprobaciones de anticipo de pago a proveedores
- Apoyo en etiquetado de activos fijos
- Apoyo en el conteo físico de inventarios en los almacenes y subalmacenes en el área de viveros
- Seguimiento a las órdenes de compra pendientes de facturar en ERP
- Seguimiento a las facturas dentro de portal de proveedores.
- Registro de facturas para su procesamiento a pago de ordenes compra que cumplan con three waymatch.
- Aplicación de pagos dentro de la plataforma .
- Envío de comprobantes de pago a proveedores.
- Seguimiento a la recepción de complementos de pago.

Requisitos:
- Licenciatura terminada en contabilidad o administración
- 2 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar
- Conocimientos: Contabilidad, Administración, Cuentas por Pagar, Finanzas, temas fiscales
- Excel intermedio
- Manejo de ERP
- Inglés intermedio
- Atención al detalle
